The Phased redvelopment of the exsisting 65,000m2 container handling areas.

Incorporating the striping off of the existing Tarmac surface and the removal of the redundant rail lines, the reuse of the existing sandy over site material into batched cement bound material to be used to form the sub base to the new block paved surface, New linear high volume drainage system connecting into large diameter pipe work with three new storm water interceptors head walls and outfalls.

Repairs and diversions to existing below ground fire main pipe work, new machine laid heavy duty block paving surface laid to falls, Installation of new light units on the existing lighting towers and the installation of Armco barriers.
